{"id":4404,"date":"2026-09-30T19:53:04","date_gmt":"2026-09-30T17:53:04","guid":{"rendered":"\/?p=4404"},"modified":"2026-09-30T19:53:32","modified_gmt":"2026-09-30T17:53:32","slug":"seprelad-capacito-a-organizaciones-sin-fines-de-lucro-sobre-obligaciones-de-prevencion-del-lavado-de-activos-y-financiamiento-del-terrorismo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"\/?p=4404","title":{"rendered":"SEPRELAD capacit\u00f3 a Organizaciones Sin Fines de Lucro sobre obligaciones de prevenci\u00f3n del lavado de activos y financiamiento del terrorismo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"line-height: 15pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;\">El director de Supervisi\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Prevenci\u00f3n de Lavado de Dinero o Bienes (SEPRELAD), <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; font-weight: normal;\">Ignacio C\u00e9spedes<\/span><\/strong>, brind\u00f3 una capacitaci\u00f3n sobre las normativas vigentes aplicables a los Sujetos Obligados del sector de las Organizaciones Sin Fines de Lucro (OSFL).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 15pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;\">La actividad se desarroll\u00f3 el <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI', sans-serif; font-weight: normal;\">martes 29 de setiembre, a las 10:00 horas<\/span><\/strong>, en el local de <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; font-weight: normal;\">\u00d1ande Mari\u00e1polis<\/span><\/strong>, ubicado en el barrio cerrado de <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; font-weight: normal;\">Surub\u00ed&#8217;i<\/span><\/strong>, y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de directivos y representantes de diversas organizaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 15pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;\">Durante la jornada, se abordaron las disposiciones establecidas en la <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; font-weight: normal;\">Ley N.\u00ba 1015\/1997<\/span><\/strong>, modificada por la <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; font-weight: normal;\">Ley N.\u00ba 3783\/2009<\/span><\/strong>, as\u00ed como las normativas sectoriales que regulan a las OSFL cuando administran o reciben fondos p\u00fablicos o privados, nacionales o extranjeros, y participan en la ejecuci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 15pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;\">En ese contexto, se record\u00f3 que la SEPRELAD ejerce la supervisi\u00f3n de estos sujetos obligados y exige el cumplimiento de medidas orientadas a la prevenci\u00f3n del lavado de activos y del financiamiento del terrorismo, entre ellas la implementaci\u00f3n de procedimientos de debida diligencia, la identificaci\u00f3n de clientes y beneficiarios, la presentaci\u00f3n de Reportes de Operaciones Sospechosas (ROS), la conservaci\u00f3n de registros por un per\u00edodo m\u00ednimo de cinco a\u00f1os y la aplicaci\u00f3n de procesos de segmentaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 15pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;\">La capacitaci\u00f3n tuvo como objetivo fortalecer las capacidades institucionales de las organizaciones participantes y contribuir al adecuado cumplimiento de las obligaciones legales y regulatorias vigentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 15pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;\">Asimismo, acompa\u00f1aron la actividad el jefe de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Adiestramiento, <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; font-weight: normal;\">Jorge Ben\u00edtez<\/span><\/strong>, as\u00ed como funcionarios de la <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; font-weight: normal;\">Direcci\u00f3n General de Supervisi\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong> y de la <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; font-weight: normal;\">Direcci\u00f3n General de Relaciones P\u00fablicas e Internacionales<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El director de Supervisi\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Prevenci\u00f3n de Lavado de Dinero o Bienes (SEPRELAD), Ignacio C\u00e9spedes, brind\u00f3 una capacitaci\u00f3n sobre las normativas vigentes aplicables a los Sujetos Obligados del sector de las Organizaciones Sin Fines de Lucro (OSFL).
