{"id":3976,"date":"2026-05-11T16:12:17","date_gmt":"2026-05-11T14:12:17","guid":{"rendered":"\/?p=3976"},"modified":"2026-05-11T16:27:55","modified_gmt":"2026-05-11T14:27:55","slug":"ministra-y-directora-participan-en-taller-regional-sobre-beneficiario-final-organizado-por-gafilat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"\/?p=3976","title":{"rendered":"Ministra y directora participan en taller regional sobre Beneficiario Final organizado por GAFILAT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Garamond',serif;\">La ministra de la Secretar\u00eda de Prevenci\u00f3n de Lavado de Dinero o Bienes (SEPRELAD), <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Garamond',serif; font-weight: normal;\">Liliana Alcaraz Recalde<\/span><\/strong><b>,<\/b> particip\u00f3 en el taller regional <em>\u201cTendencias y buenas pr\u00e1cticas en materia de Beneficiario Final\u201d<\/em>, realizado en la Rep\u00fablica de Panam\u00e1 los d\u00edas 6 y 7 de mayo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Garamond',serif;\">Delegaciones t\u00e9cnicas de los 18 pa\u00edses miembros del <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Garamond',serif; font-weight: normal;\">GAFILAT<\/span><\/strong> formaron parte de la actividad, organizada por la Coordinaci\u00f3n Nacional de Panam\u00e1, adscrita al Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas (MEF), en el marco de la presidencia pro t\u00e9mpore de Panam\u00e1 para el a\u00f1o 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Garamond',serif;\">Por Paraguay tambi\u00e9n asisti\u00f3 la directora de Estudios Sectoriales, <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Garamond',serif; font-weight: normal;\">Victorina Genes<\/span><\/strong>, junto con la directora general de Personas y Estructuras Jur\u00eddicas y de Beneficiarios Finales del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas (MEF), <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Garamond',serif; font-weight: normal;\">Mar\u00eda del Carmen Ben\u00edtez<\/span><\/strong><b>.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Garamond',serif;\">El encuentro tuvo como objetivo <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Garamond',serif; font-weight: normal;\">fortalecer capacidades<\/span><\/strong> para la identificaci\u00f3n del beneficiario final y prevenir el uso indebido de personas y estructuras jur\u00eddicas, en un contexto marcado por los retos de la <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Garamond',serif; font-weight: normal;\">Quinta Ronda de Evaluaciones Mutuas<\/span><\/strong> y la necesidad de reforzar los sistemas de prevenci\u00f3n de lavado de activos y financiamiento del terrorismo en la regi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Garamond',serif;\">Durante la apertura, <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Garamond',serif; font-weight: normal;\">Isabel Vecchio Ar\u00f3fulo<\/span><\/strong><b>,<\/b> coordinadora nacional de Panam\u00e1 ante el GAFILAT y presidenta pro t\u00e9mpore del organismo, destac\u00f3 que <em>\u201cla transparencia sobre beneficiarios finales se ha convertido en uno de los pilares fundamentales para proteger la integridad de los sistemas financieros\u201d<\/em>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Garamond',serif;\">Por parte del GAFILAT asistieron adem\u00e1s el secretario ejecutivo, <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Garamond',serif; font-weight: normal;\">Esteban Full\u00edn<\/span><\/strong><b>;<\/b> el secretario ejecutivo adjunto, <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Garamond',serif; font-weight: normal;\">Juan Cruz Ponce<\/span><\/strong><b>;<\/b> y la experta t\u00e9cnica, <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Garamond',serif; font-weight: normal;\">Gabriela Rodr\u00edguez<\/span><\/strong><b>.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Garamond',serif;\">Con este taller, <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Garamond',serif; font-weight: normal;\">Paraguay reafirma su compromiso<\/span><\/strong> con el fortalecimiento de mecanismos que permitan identificar con mayor precisi\u00f3n a quienes ejercen el control real sobre estructuras jur\u00eddicas.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La ministra de la Secretar\u00eda de Prevenci\u00f3n de Lavado de Dinero o Bienes (SEPRELAD), Liliana Alcaraz Recalde, particip\u00f3 en el taller regional \u201cTendencias y buenas pr\u00e1cticas en materia de Beneficiario Final\u201d, realizado en la Rep\u00fablica de Panam\u00e1 los d\u00edas 6 y 7 de mayo.
